Group Coaching
Working hard in a group of other people working toward the same goal is a whole different experience and a great way to take your running to the next level.
This is a beginner/intermediate group for those running their first steps and for more experienced runners chasing PR’s.

Coach Deb Voiles
While RRCA certified Coach Deb Voiles has had the satisfaction of completing hundreds of races, launching new runners on their running journey and enhancing the accomplishments of longtime runners is what keeps her motor running.

Upper Tampa Bay Trail
This 7-mile asphalt-paved trail runs north-south, paralleling the Veteran’s Expressway. Parking is free at the lot on Ehrlich Road. Water kiosks every 2.5 miles.

Track Workouts
Coach Deb’s track workouts are widely varied, including work on balance, form, agility, strength, conditioning, hill-training technique, and of course, for experienced runners, traditional speedwork.
The North Tampa Track Group meets on Upper Tampa Bay Trail at the Ehrlich Road Trail Head.
