Run Tampa Coaching
Whatever your level, we’re here for you!
What: We work on form, efficiency, cadence, strength, balance, agility, plyometrics, endurance, injury prevention, and for intermediate and advanced, speed, but this is much more than a speed workout. We’ll diagnose weaknesses and replace them with strengths.
The next coaching sessions start September 8th and registration opens in July. Register early because some locations will sell out.
Deb will have groups in both Tampa and Clearwater.
Tampa: Upper Tampa Bay Trail, Ehrlich Road Trail Head, behind Citrus Park Cafe, at 7512 Ehrlich Road, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:40 p.m.
Clearwater: Del Oro Park 401 McMullen Booth Road (Clearwater, just outside of Safety Harbor), Wednesdays, 6:30-7:40 p.m.
Carrie’s Tampa Group: Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Avenue, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:40 p.m.
