Coach Deb’s next Tampa Coaching Group starts Tuesday, March 10th.

Who: Intermediate and beginner runners

What: We work on form, efficiency, cadence, strength, balance, agility, plyometrics, endurance, injury prevention, and, for intermediates, speed, but even for intermediates, this is much more than a speed workout. We’ll focus on diagnosing weaknesses with diagnostic tests and replacing them with strengths.

Where: Upper Tampa Bay Trail, Ehrlich Road Trail Head; behind Citrus Park Cafe at 7512 Ehrlich Rd.

When: March 10th through through April 28th, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:40 p.m.

Fee: $160 for eight weeks, one session per week.
