Temple Terrace

Temple Terrace is a golf course community (technically, a city) just northeast of Tampa, 20 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from New Tampa, and 23 minutes from Carrollwood. It’s mostly east of 56th Street and north and South of Bullard Parkway. You’ll love the shaded streets, views of spectacular riverfront homes, and the lovely golf course.

Any distance is possible in this area; it has been a favorite of Tampa runners for years, and the Driscoll’s Strawberry Classic is held in this area in March.

Run Tampa’s run is a 5-mile loop, the north loop, but for more miles, add a loop that goes under the highway and loops around for another five miles. Deb has maps. Easy to do any distance at this location.

Meetup location: 124 Flotto Avenue. This is Temple Terrace Elementary School. We meet in the parking lot on the east side of the school.
