    Working hard in a group of other people working toward the same goal is a whole different experience and a great way to take your running to the next level.

    This is a beginner/intermediate group for those running their first steps and for more experienced runners chasing PR’s.

    Del Oro Park in Clearwater

    Recently renovated, Pinellas County’s Del Oro Park is an ideal location for a track workout. With an asphalt-paved trail, a pedestrian overpass for hill training, stairs up to the overpass for conditioning, a covered pavilion, a shaded half mile of the Ream Wilson Trail, and a restroom right at the free parking lot on McMullen Booth Road, this location works well for running training.

    Coach Deb’s track workouts are widely varied, including drills to work on balance, form, and agility, work on form, strength, conditioning, and of course, for experienced runners, traditional speedwork and hill-training technique.
