Run Tampa Coaching Programs are powered by Coach Maria’s On Track Running Academy.
The next session begins the week of April 1st.
We offer 12-week programs of track workouts, based on YOUR current abilities working towards YOUR goals. Because of this, anyone who has been running 10 miles a week regardless of speed is ready for this program. 5k/10k, half/full marathon up to ultras.

The fee includes a plan and entitles you to one track session a week at any of the listed locations. Track sessions include group warm up, dynamic drills, track workout, and we conclude with strength and conditioning.

Wesley Chapel: Turner Middle, 9020 Imperial Oaks Dr., Wed, 6:30 pm
