A: It was the Germantown, TN half marathon, 2009. The last quarter mile of the race I was pushing really hard. My training partner at the time had already finished and was at the top of the hill yelling at me to push as hard as I could. When I started my kick I completely lost control of my bladder and wet myself mid stride. The girl next to me said, ‘ew, but that’s hardcore.’ I wanted to die.

Q: What is your favorite Run Tampa memory?
A: OMG! Are you kidding me? Too many to count let alone pick one. But if there was a Runtopia presidential coup attempt and I was forced to answer, I would say it has to be Toronto Marathon with Edgar, Carla, Michael Culver, JP and Dale at the bar after the race when JP and I had a dance off.
