How long are the group runs typically?
Posted by: Sandra | January 05, 2013 at 10:36 AM
No set distance. There is usually the potential for any distance, but we have people doing 3 on up to people doing 12 or more. People fall in with others going the same distance/speed. Once you get to know the regulars, you'll know who to run with.

No, the runs are open to the public. Most people join after they've run with us a couple times and know they want to continue to run with the group.

The runs can be as long as you like, there are many people running different distances, so normally the main group splits up into smaller groups who are going for a certain distance/time/pace.
