Lee Casteris

I had planned for sometime to do the Clearwater Halfathon - and then a couple of weeks before the event I started experiencing "a running issue" I like to call it. Injury sounds too dramatic. I knew I needed help - but was not sure what to do. I tried some stretching, some visits with my chiropractor, Dr. Kinnard helped, but in the end it was Pete Pfannerstill's expertise that got me to the race. He worked his magic and taped me up and gave me the encouragement, "You are going to be fine" which I needed to hear - and as a result I was able to COMPLETE the Clearwater Halfathon. It was a very difficult race as my endurance was low from my "running issue" - the bridges and the wind were tough but I felt good having gone and finished. So, the power of Pete's words, my friend's encouragement and Michael's statement to me, "I would love to see you do the Clearwater Halfathon" all helped, along with the expertise of Pete Pfannerstill
